ABOUT WICOMICO SHORES
The Wicomico Shores Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole golf course owned and operated by St. Mary’s County Government. The Clubhouse overlooks the expansive course, abundant wildlife, wooded areas, and the scenic Wicomico River.
The generously sized greens, level fairways, and variety of hole designs provide a challenge to players of all abilities. Par for the course is 72 for all, with the back tees measuring 6,397 yards with a slope of 121, and a course rating of 70.0. Yardage for the regular tees is 6,110, sloped at 118, with a rating of 68.7. Senior tees have a yardage of 5,524 with a slope of 109 and rated 66.2. Forward tees have a yardage of 5,320, with a slope of 119 and rated 69.2.
The Wicomico Shores recreational complex also includes a public boat ramp and 150 ft. fishing pier, both strategically located on the beautiful Wicomico River.
